Virtually everyone made mention of how you struck the balance between anecdote, business message and humour perfectly, and I must have endured at least five manglings of the Birmingham accent as people retold the Smart Car Joke!!

The Pit Stop Challenge - was just brilliant. So enjoyable and tense. What a great way to really get over the importance of Teamwork and Communication. It was really interesting watching from the sidelines all the interactions of the other teams. Wonderful experience and conducted so very well.
There is absolutely no question, that your key note presentation and the PSC was the most memorable combination of events that our National Conference has ever been fortunate enough to host. It made this years conference truly unforgettable.

I would like to thank you very much for your most useful feedback that you gave us on the speaker/facilitator, Richard West. Last week we used him at our Group Security & Fraud Leaders Event and he was excellent. Feedback from our delegates was that he was amazing, he spoke very passionately about his connections with F1 on our chosen subject matter of "High Performing Teams", and some people even commented that the tour he gave on the F1 Museum was "the best tour we've ever been on"!
